REV. BRANDON WINSTEAD, PH.D
Director

Brandon is passionate about his alma mater, TNU, and absolutely loves youth ministry. He has spent over fifteen years ministering alongside young people in urban and suburban ministries around the United States and has helped diverse youth follow Jesus in dynamic and creative ways. He is an author of one book and has published numerous articles on topics in African American religious history and youth ministry. He has also taught classes, given seminars, and led workshops for Nazarene Theological Seminary, St. Paul School of Theology, MidAmerica Nazarene University, Asbury Seminary, the National Youth Workers’ Convention, Youthfront, youTheology, Youth Ministry Academy, and many churches across the country. When he isn’t ministering to young folks or reflecting on the glories of his Florida heritage, he loves spending time with his awesome family, skateboarding, sunshine, days above 85 degrees and sweating while watching FSU football games (Go Noles!) in November.

David Ingalls David graduated Trevecca Nazarene University in 2018 with a degree in Social Justice, and after swearing never to go to grad school, he is going to Nazarene Theological Seminary to follow his call to missions. He has worked in Yellowstone National Park, refugee camps in Greece, and in the urban gardens of Indianapolis. He has a passion for building relationships, for honestly and openly meeting life’s daunting questions, and for chasing the mystery of God. When he isn’t talking, he likes to cook new foods, read thought provoking books, garden, go backpacking, climb mountains, go running to explore the city, eat good food, talk about people’s passions, and all around live life’s grand adventure. Having bagged tough peaks, battled personal demons, wrestled to apply the ethos of Christ to the actions of today’s church, and worked with faith communities around the world, his current challenge is finding his faithful place (and pace) within this wide open world.

Ryan Arnett Since graduating from Trevecca Nazarene University in 2006 Ryan’s overarching goal has been to become a part of and contribute to an intentional Christian community much like the one experienced on campus but adapted to the stages of life beyond college. In his pursuit of this “intentional Christian community” Ryan bought a house less than a mile from TNU, met and married the love of his life Deirdre, became part of a local Nazarene church plant that meets in their home and serves within their immediate neighborhood, helped to establish and cultivate Woodycrest Community Garden (pun intended), started a real estate investment/ community development business that focuses on proximity and connecting new neighbors to homes in their community, had 3 kiddos, finally started drinking coffee this year at the age of 34, and has eaten at Baja Burrito well over 200 times.

Craig Moody I was born before the computer chip took hold and is now checking my spelling. I am a father of two, husband of one and a hater of none. I see each and everyday as an opportunity to live life to the fullest, or at least try. I am a hopeless romantic that believes in hope. I choose to see the good in all people and try to get people to see the good in themselves. I play tennis, I play guitar, and I play the television way too much.
